1. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing (e.g. by email) before the 14-day period expires.
2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and sealed where applicable. For hygiene reasons, opened supplement bottles cannot be accepted for return unless the product is defective.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or we have made an error.
4. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
